Thanks all for your input on my previous subject: Painting Rocks.

I had read about a process of making home-made ground cover from dried leaves. I can't put my finger on the source, but it involved using a blender to grind up dried leaves, and then baking them. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Would it work for dried pine needles too?

    Thanks!

I ground up dried leaves of various colors and mixed them all together and use them as ground cover on my old layout. I was amazed at the effect. It took me a week of begging my wife for the blender and promised that if I ruined it I would buy her a new one. The blender came through in great shape. I don't see why you couldn't use pine needles. Go to my website at http://angelfire.com/retro/krtrr If this URL works, hopefully you can see the ground cover inder old layout
