    O scale or 3 rail? I spent many happy years of my youth with carefully accumulated Lionel O, O-27, Marx O-27 and AF "S" gauge. Shortly after marriage, (40+ years ago), started into N scale. But then also re-accumulated some Lionel, (TCA, TTOS), which eventually was sold off. N has changed dramatically, and when compared to those decades ago, it is simply wonderful now!

    Hi Vic, Welcome to the train Board, glad to have you on board. We'll be happy to share whatever we can as you move to N-Scale. I moved to N-Scale 30 years ago because more scenes can be created in a smaller area than with O or HO.
