Hey Everybody, My name is Myke and I'm a z-scaler, and im addicted to trains. " oops wrong place for that!!!" I guess I would have to say i've been in and out of this hobby since I was 6 years old and built my first layout in HO with my dad. Since then i have modeled HO, N, and Z. All for different reasons. After a 2 year stint away from my trains, my daughter dug out an old box of N scale and wanted to set up everthing. Being happy as hell that my daughter was showing interest in my favorite hobby I was all in. We set everything up, sat and cleaned and oiled up the old locomotives, and were off and running. I now understand the joy my dad felt when he got me involved years ago. We now have a small layout for N scale and I myself am working on a z scale breifcase layout that travels with me and a larger static layout for the office at home. I am 100% steam locomotive and my daughter is fond of the F-7's. All above mentioned layouts are roughly based on Jasper, Alberta Canada terrain with a mix of southern, santa fe, soo, and cp operating equipment.
