    Better yet the new 1932 ARA car! From the announcement on their website it looks like it does not come with MT couplers, no etched metal roofwalk, looks like the door is molded in the body and the biggest surprise........wait for it.............this can all be yours for the MSRP of only $33.95.......

    Seriously?

    I have a feeling that is a bad cut and paste from the HO release. They came in just last year at $23 retail.

    Just got the flyer for the shop I work at and the retail is $24.95 for decorated 1932 ARA cars.

    Call it blasphemy or what have you, but I'd prefer to pay a little less and have MTL cars which do not have opening doors. It is a waste of time and effort for both the modeler and the manufacturer.

    It would be interesting to see if MTL offered two virtually identical cars, one with operating doors and one w/o at a lower price point, and see which one would sell more.

    The website was in error. The correct price for decorated models is $24.95.
