    Barb-

    Look at this site:

    http://donross.railspot.com/index1a.htm

Find the CMSt.P&P listing, and scroll down to the Class "G" 4-6-0. There should be something there. Don's a good guy. You can e-mail him with questions.

    Barb-

Am making out monthly bills for services rendered. Before I send yours, would you prefer to pay with bundles of cash? Or via our handy burdensome monthly payment for life plan? :D :D :D

The site Don Ross has is growing every week. I think it's right up there with the Gelwood pages. Many of his Milw photos, if memory serves me correctly, came from and are posted with the permission of Stuart Kurth.

Don once worked for the Milwaukee many years ago. And is originally from I believe the Wisconsin area. So he's still a big Milw fan.

    Hi Barb,

I understand my friend Davy Mac has mentioned my name in vain to you. I'm also a Milwaukee Road fan based in Madison. My dream is to bash one of the new G Scale Hudsons into a living breathing F7 Hudson Hiawatha.

Like you I come from a railroad family. Grandpa, step-grandpa, and great-grandpa all worked for the C&NW out of Green Bay. They'd collectively spin in their graves if they knew they had spawned a Milwaukee Road fan.

Anyway, I'll poke around through my stuff over the weekend and see if I can find any additional materials on Milwaukee 4-6-0's although the Don Ross site is wonderful.

Here's a link to my personal Hiawatha page.

    http://www.ironhorse129.com/Projects/Engines/Hiawatha/F7HudsonHiawatha.htm

One of the photos is of a Milwaukee 4-6-0 in Hiawatha streamlining.

    Hello Tom-

Just tried to get your personal page opened. It wouldn't go. Will try again later. Am curious to see what you have!

Welcome to the Milw here at Trainboard!

    Hey BoxCab

I've been on the site today both from at work and at home. Your the second person today that indicated he had problems getting on.

It's possible the server was down at some point. Or maybe it was sunspots. Sometimes, you know what happens.

Would you mind firing me an e-mail if you continue to experience problems?

    Tom-

Finally got your page to open. [IMG] Very nice!

It's sad that of such historic locos, not a one survived. [IMG]

Unfortunately we also saw the passing of possibly the last surviving man to ever fire on an A class.

    :(
