.......#4-like switches. I have gotten some Caboose Hobbies ground throws (impressive ). I have managed to fit the ground throws to the #6 like switches, but not the #4 types. What is the procedure of fitting the "throws" to the #4 switch, I know I'll have to remove the original switch controllers, to install them. IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE???
Yes, this is possible. The easiest way is by starting with the #4 custom line switches. These were made for this very thing. However, I too have removed the switch mechanism from a standard switch. This exposes the throw which has a hole in it. The ground throw pin will then fit in the hole. [ 25 February 2001: Message edited by: Drew Aldridge ]
