If your wondering about what the question means is this. HELP!!!! I'm looking for CB&Q Pictures of Quincy, Illinois during the 1970's. That would be Quincy, Illinois and West Quincy, Missouri. I live in Quincy Illinois and I'm wanting to build Quincy's River Front Rail Yards in N Scale. I'm going by memories from my dad and mine but have NO clue where to look or who to talk too that might have or know of track plans. I understand that this layout is going to take a very long time to build but will be very worth the time and wait. I have seen many things that has changed over the years from when I was born in '77 to now but I'm going to try and build the "Q" Line the way it was before the flood of '93 and the other floods. Lol. So ANY info or help would REALLY be helpful. :tb-biggrin:

Welcome to Trainboard first and foremost!. I can suggest the local library, the County offices ( they have maps and the like of just about anything you may need. I found a ton of Rock Island maps in my county accesors office)Also try the Galesburg Train Museum! Heck take on of the lil Amtraks up and back even. By the time I worked there the River Yard was under BJRY and we had nothing to dowithit.
