Hello eveyone. I just became a member of Trainboards.com and have a quick question for all the Boston & Albany fans out there. I live along the B&A tracks and I was wondering, what type of whistle was used on the Berkshires? P.S. Are the maintainers of this site ever going to get a B&A Avitar for this site? Joshu, hello again. I have a lot of literature on the B&A Berkshires, but nowhere in it does it say what type whistle they had. I grew up along the Mohawk division in upstate NY, so didn't see many B&A Berks. Is there a B&A historical site somewhere in New England? They may have the answer.
