Greetings All, My name is Brian Rackley. I have been a railfan for almost 40 years now. Some may recognize the name, as I once edited the Soo Line news for CTC Board Magazine (1986-1990). I am originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but live near Charlotte, North Carolina now.
