I agree! I bet a C636 would sell like hotcakes! I imagine there's quite a few who'd buy just the SP&S version.
The 25 86'6" box cars produced in 1968 by Greenville (CB&Q #15022-15047) were pre-merger green. But be aware that the Bluford Shops model is merely a stand-in. It isn't even close to the original box car - which I find totally disappointing. At least one XM-4B box car received green pre-merger paint with white doors in 1969. Some stock cars received green pre-merger paint, as well as five coil cars delivered in February 1969 (CB&Q #83700-83704)
