SP/SSW GP60 to local service

I saw a lot of GP60`s in local service around Dallas/Fort Worth. What year did they move from the main line to the local?

I first remember seeing GP60s on the UP Choctaw Sub switching the industrial park in Roanoke around 2002. Prior to that you could see B23-7s and GP38-2s working that job. Now anything is fair game. I saw an SD60 up there a few weeks ago.

On BNSF it's much harder to find GP60s in Fort Worth. I've seen a couple GP50s at the roundhouse at North Yard over the past couple years, but they are usually just there for service only.

 

Bnsf has the 60s in Cali to meet emissions.
