Nice! Recently installed a LS5 Micro in an SP GP35 as well! Really like that you illuminated the class lights! I'm assuming this is a custom ESU sound install (I think there's factory ones now)?
Yep. Both of these are the "Classic" Atlas standard dc engines and I used the loksound select direct 73199. I painted the handrails on one of them for variability. PITA though. I had to take the shell off and water down the paint a bit because it goes on very thick. I need to go back and put some type of lens or crystal to cover the class lights for added detail. I know they have factory GP35 gold with sound, but I don't think they released any southern pacific or cotton belt runs.
