    I kinda figured it had to be ex-AT&SF territory, with all those units wearing obvious blue and yellow.

    I found it. Pretty big yard to the northwest and a refueling yard to the southeast of town. There is a wye surrounding this engine facility. Temple population about 66000. They have a train show each year.
