You are good! Yes indeed, it IS the M&NA facility in Carthage, MO, northeast of Joplin, and on the former MP line. For you modeling types, Carthage is also home to Blair Line Models. And yes, I've been here The facility is easy to shoot from the street you see to the left, and I've spotted & shot pics of several diesel carcasses here, including several ex-ATSF GP20s in various stages of scrapping.
