I found another clip of this kid painting a caboose...appeared to be Montana RailLink

 

It is everywhere. While waiting for a train to clear the lead, I counted a total of 7 cars WITHOUT GRAFFITI. As disgraceful as it is, I had been curious as to how they made such "art" with spray cans. Mainly because I see it every day. Most of the time I don't even notice unless something stand out.
