    That.. doesn't look like a particularly safe place to be a locomotive..

    No ideas on this one; it's not as obvious as that little thing down by West Island wasn't. ;)

    Edit:
    Gaaah! Someone just solved the Advanced one, and I got voted off the Beginner's island; so I have nothing to give me my fix!

    Those locos look forelorn. And American Outline too; so I'm going with somewhere in / around the USA; unless it's somewhere GE / GM-EMD sold their engines to... (Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, ...)

    I still have no idea - I've never seen an industrial works that big before!

    Doesn't one of GE/GM-EMD have a big loco building plant in Canada?
