    Hint number 1

A couple of the diesels you see should provide a hint of its heritage..............

I've caught a couple of Santa Fe units.
Gotta be on the BNSF somewhere, just have no idea.
    Oh well.....

Or, more specifically, the former Santa Fe diesel shops (now BNSF).

BNSF also stores its business car fleet here. The whole shebang is across the river from the UP's Kansas Sub from Topeka to Kansas City- when I lived here in the 1980s; I saw a lot of UP and SP action on that line. Not much Santa Fe, since it doesn't have the traffic levels of their Transcon line, but the Southwest Chief does call here.
