    I first thought Paris, but the river wasn't the right color.

    Just off the top of the posted picture is the "London Eye" along the river. It is the worlds largest Observation Wheel. I believe the train shed is the Waterloo Station for the "Tubes" also.

    Darn... I'm too late checking out this contest...

    Actually you can see the "London Eye" wheel in the second picture. Just that on Google Earth you also see the shadow on the water...
