I agree with the global quadrant, but I question the industry. There are too many cars in the parking lot for an electrical generating plant. Also, I see no coal storage yard, though it appears that those are coal hoopers in the rail yard. Lastly, I see no evidence of an electrical switch yard, i.e. transformers, breakers, and distribution towers supporting a facility of this size would be massive enough to be visible in a satellite view.

Additional observations counter to a generating plant.....
I see no cooling towers or cooling water source.
The tanks lower left of the plant are out of character for a generating plant.

Just random observations, sadly I have too much going on today to follow up with a detailed search, so I'm sure that somebody will beat me to the punch.....

I knew I'd seen that kind of plant structure, but could not remember what it was until Dan's hint hit me up side the head...."Sugar!". I was hunting all over Louisiana until I remembered three refineries in south Florida. That terrain couldn't have been anywhere else except LA or FL...too flat and wet.

BTW, them's cars of crushed cane comin' in and tanks of refined liquid goin' out. Though I see some covered hoppers on max resolution, so they may ship granulated also.....?
