Rob, I have been collecting passenger cars for lighting them. I have a brass etch design for power pickup, This is one of the projects I am working on in the background. I'll pickup the Amtrak this weekend if you folks are meeting. Kim
Kim, I need a pickup set from you for the observation car. Need to put a red LED on the back. I was just going to use a .006 brass wire thru the bolster then bent to touch both axels. Same for other end with reversed wheel sets.
i don't know what to say. i've sent three emails to basserdan beginning with the first IN the first hour after this sale was posted. still no reply. i wanted to take advantage of these items. what's wrong with this system? congrats to kim, who apparantly bought them -- but i think something's wrong here with this system or the new classifieds, or something. it feels like it got screwed out this purchase. dave f.

I guess this thread serves as an example why we should only use the new Trainboard Trainstore for selling, as it was designed to deal with selling, where threads like this allow people multiple ways to contact the seller, either through private message, thread post, or email seller, so whichever way the seller gets contacted first is who gets lucky.
