I was reading an article published in the Atmore, Alabama newspaper dated July 8, 1928 about a special train that arrived in Atmore at 3:30 PM and was transferred to the Frisco tracks and proceeded over this line to "Local". How far was "Local" from Atmore and where was it located? I don't see it on a map. Frisco had a depot in Huxford, AL about 20 miles away. Could "Local" be the former name of Huxford? Thanks Edward K.
