Did Frisco have any doodlebugs? I recall seeing a photo of one but can't be sure. Do any of you Frisco fans know? Post a photo if you have one Ship IT On The Frisco!
They sure did- one of the areas they ran was on the former Arthur & Arkinda Sub between Ardmore, OK and Hope, AR. Hugo, OK was the place they met, which was about midpoint on this line. They were also in service on branches on the River Division. The nickname they had on the Frisco was "bull moose". IIRC, either the book Frisco in Color and/or Frisco Southwest had pics of the doodlebugs meeting in Hugo. You can also go here (which is the FMIG website).
