Found some O scale trains still in the original boxes and was wondering if they are worth anything.
They were all in an original set box but it fell apart a bit trying to move it. Pictures below show the contents.

I run HO so dont plan to use these for anything.
Thank you for any info. :) 20210220_161909.jpg

Yes. There is some value to the collection. Throw nothing away at this point.

Price is always based upon a couple of factors. One being condition. I see corrosion. The boxes are falling apart, but some may be restorable. Track of that era is generally of little value, unless it is such as O-72 or switches. I would wonder if there is someone in your vicinity, who could gently, lovingly clean up everything. That would cost some dollars.

The other factors are desirability and that certain someone who just must have it...

I don't see much worth there, but I agree with Boxcab that someone would find happiness owning it. It looks like it was stored in a very damp environment. The 3474 WP Boxcar sometimes generates modest interest from collectors because of its bold graphics and operating man feature, but the trucks are badly corroded, the metal door rails are rusted and the mechanism is probably damaged too.
