folding etched metal stairways

I have ordered Gold Medal Models 160-35 etched metal stairways.

I have used other parts from them that didn't require folding.

Any tips on how to fold the stairways?

There will be a etched line where you are to fold. I then ran a nominal bit of solder along the fold line, that's where the resistance solderer really pays for itself.The first one will take a bit, chot because its all that hard, but because you wll be extra careful. Do a couple and you'll crank them oun in a minute.

 

Have you seen the etched-metal scaffolding from Showcase Miniatures?

I have an etched metal rolling elevated work stand with attached staircase I purchased years ago that I'd like to get another of but can't remember the manufacture.
