FWIW, there were two Amtrak versions that Arnold did...one with a cab widow arrangement and hood taper as pictured in the proto photo above and the other with a different style with both the windows and hood. Really looking forward to seeing progress photos! I have one that I planned on putting in scarlet and gray but I sure like tiger stripe on these units too! ....actually, I think both Amtrak units have the gradual taper versus the stepped taper.
