Has anyone came up something to use as N scale chain link fencing and posts? I know I can buy photo etched fence, but it's not a bargain and I need quite a bit for a feature I'm working on. I guess posts are easy to do. The fence itself is the biggie. Thanks for any suggestions.
Bridal veil material is a cheap alternative to photo-etched when it comes to building chainlink fence. Any Jo Ann Fabric (or similar) should carry it. -Mark
An old pair of kneehighs, nylons, or pantyhose can also do. Of course be sure to ask the significant other for the donation of an old worn out pair if one values their well being.
