On June 25th, 2001 a great friend and a man that was like a gradfather to me had passed away.... Charles E. Wiltrout better known as "Huck" Wiltrout of Rockwood, PA passed on at his home at the age of 86..... He was a devoted man to the hobby as we know it today, and a very kind and nice man... My sympathy to him in honor of what hes done for me through the years....

He deffinatly was the man though in my area.. you could say another Watash, but in the north! He was well respected by everyone and a great guy to deal with.. Matter of fact hes the man that taught me most of what I know today and helped to support any of my future projects and to help see them done if he had to help in doing things.... I heard he had given up the shop but still played (as we speak) for himself and close friends but closed the shop to the general public, and then about a month latter (today) I heard he passed on..... Thats a man i'm sure going to miss... It still hasn't sunk in that hes gone that I will no longer have such a friend to go to when I have questions or parts for that matter... I mean he done things for me unlike alot of bussiness men would ever think of and not so much that but was like a grandfather that I lost and never got to me my real one and it was like he took the place of him... I do love the man being he was their when I needed a grandfather, and didn't have one! Sadly my real grandfather died befor I was old enough to meet the man on my moms side of the family so.... I had my grandfather on my dads side and well Huck....... I'm gonna miss him......

He's not gone only a little further away, you can still ask him questions, but you will have to ponder his answers... God Speed him on his journey.
