Remember when the G-Scale companies put out great prototype images and product samples? Remember the excitement of a new product in your road name? Or the plans to pick it up cuz it was in your price range? What happened to them? They just disappeared. I found a couple aristo products I remember as I was searching for any information on their modern tank car they announced years ago and found these images: View attachment 11600 The Aristo Container Car ended up becoming the European one. And as for the Switcher....I really wish they had gone ahead and done it. The one thing Aristo doesn't have is a switcher. Yes they have the Lil Critter and the Center Cab, but I mean a normal sized switcher like USA Train's S-4. EDIT: An Interesting Side Note, the ART-22400 Switcher series, is ironically the same Model Number Series the SD45's have. Perhaps it was dropped in favor of the SD's, I don't know, but it does make sense. I wonder how many other unreleased/produced products you can find and/or remember.
