That happened a couple of years ago, during a software upgrade. Something went sideways. When you do not see a member name underneath the photo, there are times when one or more of their photos cannot be displayed. I cannot even get in to attempt any edit or delete, as we don't know the member name to locate their album. Only if they come forward...
