Is there an easy way when in 'yard mode' ('ARD' on NCE 06Cab [rather it have been 'YAR', no?] ) to have direct or nearly direct-drive response (near zero momentum/ballistic tracking) without having to first go to 'motor setup' on a loco ? If engine hunkers down to gradually it's near impossible to use the delayed-coupling feature of the KaDee track magnet due to requiring a quick little, abrupt shove of car once knuckles are open..I'll otherwise have loco 'mixed' the way I like it to be but have to dismantle these settings to achieve the abruptness necessary for the magnet dance... Merely entering '0' momentum usually isn't enough either...I can stay in 'Normal' mode and manipulate 'Dir'. (F&R) quickly under direct-drive. But, if this is the way one needs to utilize the magnet, then why have 'Yard' or 'ARD' mode ? If we are working the yard or some industry spur with the skewer sticks then this too deems 'yard' unnecessary, no?
