how do u qualify to be an engineer to drive the trains??how do they decide who is a brake person and who is a RCO,or engineer??
To become an engineer, you must first be qualified as a conductor, and if you pass the written tests, you can be promoted to a locomotive engineer. You must have a clean driving record also, and it must remain clean while you hold an engineers card, or your card could be revolked. DUI's are usually a stopping block from becoming an engineer.
