"Adopt-a-Branch"! We have "Adopt a Highway" here in Washington State, where you basically pick out a mile of road, and keep it clean. They even put a sign up with your name on it. But, a branchline sounds way funner!
I would have thought 'single car air test' was a repair a foreign carrier would make in the routine conduct of business and charge that test against the owner through the normal Car Service rules as they apply to repairs and the charges for those repairs. Home Shopping I always featured were serious 'capital' repairs that the owner would have to make a decision between making the repair(s) or scrapping the car.
