Eitland to Serve as STV VP, Corporate Quality Director

    Located in the firm’s Hartford, Conn., office, Eitland will oversee quality processes for the firm’s operating divisions.

    Prior to joining STV, Eitland held senior QA/QC roles at multinational engineering firms, where he oversaw quality programs that included full lifecycle program and construction management for domestic and international transportation, utility, construction, environmental and federal infrastructure projects. He has expertise in Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) design and validation, Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA), as well as auditing and continuous improvement programs.

    Eitland holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science from Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, N.J. He is a longtime American Society for Quality member and ISO lead auditor. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma as well as configuration management, requirements management and safety system design.
