    There are probably fears that CP might make the line safer. This seems to be a big fear among litigators. Probably afraid of putting lawyers out of business. Seriously, I wonder if the Mayo Clinic is lurking somewhere in the background, again. Frank

    By golly, looky who showed up for the party.

    Call me naive, but I would think that the issue was already settled by regulators. I fail to see how a change in management could be make any difference. However, if it keeps lawyers employed, I guess it's good for the economy. Besides, fewer ambulance chasers means fewer accidents. Frank

    You are correct. Same whimpering. The regulators have already looked at this. Changing owners is not worthy of a re-hashing. This is simply cushy lifetime employment for professional NIMBYs.
