Any one planning to paint their SD80MAC's should be careful taking the cab windows out. They are split at the center post but are still a bear to get out. I broke off one of the rear windows but it broke at the corner where it won't be a problem to fix. Otherwise they come apart fairly well with the exception of the two cabinets on the left side behind the cab. If you are doing CSX like me you will be pleased to see that both ends come off and the walkways are in two pieces so there will be a minimum of masking to do.
