Jürg, How about a few pics of various areas of your diorama without trains... I'm interested in seeing your rocks and such. What color(s) did you use for the sand? Awesome details!! :thumbs_up:
Thank you Guys about the kind words. David, sorry that I forget to publish your name above the pictures with the GP35. But I can tell you your GP35 is as beautiful as my Brass AZL Diesel's. I'm very pleased with your work. About the Diorama close up's, I'm working on my Homepage and when everything go's well it will be finished in the next 2 weeks. There will be many pictures about the Diorama progress with details pictures. The Homepage will be in english and german language.
jurg, if you are happy with the unit that's enough. i don't need to be credited all the time, but thanks anyway. my FT pictures need to be redone, but now i can't find the camera. we think it got left in the mountains on vacation. ugh! things just seem to go from bad to worse, sometimes. it will turn up, i'm sure! until then i'll try to get some pics with my old camera. i have a few of the 4 stripe Rio Grande passenger cars done to go with the FTs. the last to do is the dome/obs kitbash. while none of them are "correct" they are as good as they're going to get using what is available. maybe someday someone will etch some car sides and we'll have more exact replicas! the decals have been a struggle. before i paint anymore i want you to see my results, jurg, to see if you approve, because i don't think i can make them any better. i'll try to get some pictures soon. that diorama is just awesome, jurg! dave f.
