Anyone running the IR??? I am thinking of picking a ur90 up and placing it on the back wall up high so I could get by with just one ur90 will this work????
Shouldn't be a problem. Just remember the IR emitters in your throttle have to be pointed toward the UR90 when you use it! Sometimes you can "Bounce" the IR off the opposite wall, But it won't work every time. IR is not good for switching moves! I always plug in for that.
Sometimes it won't respond to the changes on your throttle like you think it should every time! Belive me! I know from experience. Sooner or later you'll run a train off the track.
We have had problems at shows with "dropping" signals on radio sometimes and have plenty of UR91's. Moral of the story: Always know where the nearest panel (jack) is! Harold
