Fresh Cast Resin Here are 3 photos of the first 48' Trailer to come out of the new RTV mold. I glued a few extra pieces on to make it look more like a trailer. (brass stand and mudflaps) Will have a few pieces of brass detail to go with it. I placed it on an Alan Curtis 48' Spine Car! Perfect! Notice the detail of the doors. The master is all styrene plastic. The trailer weighs 0.1 oz. or 3 grams. Light! I can see it now, Spine Cars rolling down the line full of JB Hunt 48' trailers! Or was that Schneider National? Hmmmmmmm!!!! Hobo Tim
Tim, Have you sent my 20 yet?? That looks very nice. I can't wait to see some on MY spine cars! Keep those prototypes and pictures coming!! :teeth:
Finally, Kenworth T600 Trucks! Way to go Make My Model! I've already placed my order. They have a nice selection of trailers. They need a few more, especially 2-3 varieties of Tankers! Nice!!!!!:teeth: Hobo Tim
I really like the Livestock trailer. I am still waiting on my tracktor/trailers from Searails. I paypal'd them weeks ago, but got a reply a week later that it would take a week for sturdier parts to be made. Have any of you guys received your updated Searails parts yet? -Robert
Not yet. The only fret of truck/trailers I got was from the first experimental run for decal purposes. Tim
Robert, I got one fret of the two that I ordered from Jim Shiff. When I e-mailed him to inquire about the other fret, he tld me they were back ordered. I don't recall if he said how long they would be before the rest came out. Randy
