Okay, maybe I missed this somewhere but when did deLuxe start releasing tractor trailers? I was in a hobby shop the other day and there on the shelf was a BN Expediter tractor and 45' trailer by deLuxe. While this model looks exactly like the ConCor trucks, it is a pretty neat truck. Anyone else picked up one of these trucks?
They released the "Expediter" about 2 months ago. About the same time the new "LoPak" car was out. They showed the truck at the Hobby show in Chicago last September.
Can see no reason to buy the "NEW" DI truck when you can still find the Con Cor trucks. Plus the Con Cor trucks are cheaper.
I know this first release isn't spectacular but lets hope they keep it up. Word has it that they may release their 53' trailers used in the roadrailer sets in names such as Schneider, Warner, Swift etc... Great for TOFC trains of today. They are testing the water here so invest in the future and pick one up. Go to the web site and give them feed back... they tend to listen. Bryan
