Exhibit of Delaware Railroad history opens in Lewes, DE on July 7th. http://www.capegazette.com/article/delaware-railroad-history-exhibit-open-lewes-july-7/159993
I hope to visit in September/October. My son lives in Lewes. He sent me the link. I posted this video a while back of the in Lewes. Unfortunately, that line was taken out of service a while back because the bridge's foundation had sunk 6-8 inches and the State of Delaware, who owns the line and bridge, decided they couldn't afford $8M to repair the foundation for just one customer requiring only three tank cars each month. The tracks had been pulled when I was up there last week, and the ROW is being converted to a Rail/Trail.
