Decoder question

    I have an Atlas SD 26 on the way and already have an NCE N12AO decoder…. says it fits an SD25…
    Is that supposed to mean it will work in either SD 24's or 26's….? thanks in advance….

    Hello. I just double-checked and nce N12A0 is fitted in my yellowbonnet 4602 SD26, atlas #54502. So #54503 probably has one too.
    Frames apart, bit of kapton tape to prevent shorts, bend the headlight around the cab block, and finagle the motor tabs. Easy. :)
