Decoder for a Kato SD45

I didn't see this one on the Digitrax site.

Is it a frame mod?

Also, if it's the same as the SD40.

Are Kato SD40 and SD45 shells
and frames interchangeable?

I think the frames are interchangeable. Use the decoder that's in the SD-40 for the SD-45

Kato couldn't fill my order for SP SD40 shells.

So I may look for SP SD40/SD45 shells or locos.

Use the Aztec milled frame and a Digitrax DN163A0 decoder. Look for the Kato SD40/45 in the following link.
