Well.. I don't know of any mass-produced decals in that scheme, but I bet a custom decal house could fix you up. Depends on how many sets you want. I'd start contacting a few. I was searching and searching for C&O trust plates and finally had Great Decals print them for me. I had to develop the text and configuration of the trust plate, but that was a simple process. Now I have the plates for both typical 1930's and 1940's freight cars. You could easily forward that artwork to a custom house and have it done.
