I have an older Bach Plus DD40ax with cracked gears. I want to replace them but i don't want to break the bank. Are there any other manufactures' that will work in the trucks. IE atlas or Kato. Thanks.
You may already know this but, according to the N Scale Encyclopedia, there are (were?) replacement sets available from NWSL.
Looked at the NWSL catalogue, but I don't see the wheelsets listed anymore. and I can't make heads nor tails out of the gear list. I'll fire off an email to them. just checking to see if there were alternatives.
