Hello everyone. I recently started working on making a rendition of the San Francisco Chief for my local club. I currently have 2 Walthers HO sleepers and I intend on buying some high levels and other support cars in the future. Right now I've been looking at getting lighting kits for the cars. I operate on both DC and DCC so I don't want these cars to be restricted to one power source. I know the Walthers cars will make a high pitched buzzing sound when placed on DCC when they have DC lights installed. Does anyone know if they are compatible the other way? Can the DCC lighting board be used on DC without damaging them? Will they just not light on DC? Geep_fan.
