I just purchased a singlet from Tam Valley also. I as well hoping to provide a smaller profile switch motor with a lower cost per point. I did have an issue with the decoder and Duncan replaced it immediately! He actually sent me his new model which automatically sets the throw limits! This makes things so easy to set and removed the problem of having the servo hum and stay on because it is adjusted to over throw the switch.

This thing works GREAT! And it is so tiny I can put it anywhere and not have to have a thick facia on my shelf layout! I don't find the noise to be a problem and having the leds and manual buttons is a real plus!

Support has been fantastic! The newer Quad board that allows you to adjust the throw and speed also looks like a good solution as well. The cost per point using the low cost servos is much lower than my previous solution; Lenz LS150 and Tortise by a country mile! Duncan also said he is working on some more innovations.... we will see what he has up his sleeve....
