Well its been a few weeks and the coal tipple is just abought finished. The coal pit: The yard office: Top view: old # 7 just filled her tenrder, and is ready to go back to work: There is a short story a bought the shingles. As I was cutting them from construction paper, my 6 year old daughter asked me: “ Where are the stones?” She then said I should use my spry glue and then sprinkle sand on them. You know, she was right. Not bad for a 6 year old !
Sean: Great looking structure. I noticed the weathering in some places. Is it chalks or an airbrush? Thanks.
Climbing all those stairs should keep the employees healthy! But the Yard office sure isn't for someone who dislikes small spaces! Nice work! Boxcab E50
The weathering is via spray can. I never owned an airebrush. I might get one some day. The yard office is small, but so was the real DAV&P a local 90 mile long railroad here in Dunkirk. They did the begst job with the least amount of equipment, the short line way.
