Got this off a YouTube channel I follow for model railroading. Most of you know I have no knowledge of real railroads. But how is the passing train about halfway through hauling arse compared to the other on the Double Mainline? And at the beginning the CSX has my 5250 numbers and so I guess it is a GE ES44DC "GEVO" CSX "BOXCAR" #5250 in real life? If so how cool!

Man that other locomotive is screaming past the #5250 and I think #78 with a lighting bolt? What does the Lighting Bolt mean?

    Cool!

Neat spot to catch trains! The lightening bolt was a sign this was part of the initial order for "AC" motored units.

Yes, like Alan said, AC powered unit. As for one train passing the other, that is usually referred to as a run around. That intermodal probably had priority so the dispatcher moved him ahead. That freight had a lot of cool cars is it as well. (y)

So they must be out of the city to be able to travel that fast? I thought I saw a railroad crossing in the video, maybe not?
