First one, looking east, sets of AC4400 Heavy's awaiting the call to duty: looking west, the yard snakes around the hills: a closer view of the tower and the old buildings at the east end of the yard: and finally, the loaded coal train that we would chase over the subdivision slips by the tower:
Great shots! You just gotta love it when the weather cooperates! Really regret that I couldn't head out that way this fall - next year I guess.
