CP (D&H) train apparently derailed this morning and landed in the Susquehanna River on the Sunbury line south of Taylor, PA. Crew had to be rescued from the river. Derailment cause appwars do be heavy rains last night across the area.

    Update:

D&H train 165 derailed into a large washout near 8:00 am EDT. All 3 locomotives fell into the washout with cars piling up on top of them. The crew was trapped in the lead locomotive until just before 3:00pm when rescue workers were able to extricate them. Both suffered non-life threatening injuries. The location of the derailment is along the CP Rail Sunbury line, south and west of Taylor, PA along the banks of the Susquehanna River.
